CONSTRICTED_COVID

Originally, “Constricted” was my response to chronic pain. However, because of the Pandemic, once again my life is feeling constricted. As before, my activities are restricted and I see myself confined to a narrower world. Working with the birdcage in a new way helps me to understand my feelings during this emotional and difficult time.
